To anybody reading my review, I have been totally overwhelmed by the compassion, understanding and outstanding level of support I received from England & Derbyshire. Truly this is a company of outstanding integrity founded upon good old fashioned family values, and exceptional legal expertise. Throughout a lengthy case, I was privileged to be represented by Madeliene Jones who throughout changing and challenging complexities, maintained outstanding levels of communication, guiding me through each stage presenting me with clear and easy to understand options, recommended courses of actions, and she takes No Nonsense from opposing legal practices, no matter their status. I had a messy divorce from my ex. He was due to retire from the Navy at the time of our divorce. He did not want me to have a share of his pension. He negotiated that I keep our house and contents. I proved he had taken out the majority of the equity of our house but my then solicitor told me that was the deal, end of matter! No negotiation, nothing.
